A clear framework for using MinuteVibe
These terms describe the current free service and useful precautions for everyone. They apply to both creating and responding to a Vibe.

A short-decision service
A Vibe gathers views on a limited question. Its result helps you understand submitted positions; it does not replace human judgement, a legally regulated vote or a contract. Silence is not agreement, and a Neutral signal is not an Aligned signal.
Share links carefully
The participant link contains what is needed to read the Vibe. The control link grants additional powers: viewing results and deleting the Vibe. Keep it private. MinuteVibe does not verify the identity of whoever sends a link. Check unexpected links through a known channel.
Respect people and the service
Only share material you are authorised to send. Do not use the service to harass people, distribute unlawful content, bypass limits or overload infrastructure. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data and emergency decisions. Technical and anti-abuse limits may reject an operation.
Deliberately limited availability
The selected duration limits access to the Vibe. Single-read is consumed when the encrypted content is first retrieved, not when a human confirms reading it. The person holding control can delete it earlier. Deletion does not remove copies recipients have already made.
A problem or a question
The publisher's contact form can be used for abuse reports, technical issues or data-related requests. Describe the issue without including the control link, key or private content. No contractual response deadline is advertised at this stage.
